Account Application Forms and The Terms and Conditions by which we hire

Please select the relevant application form below; Either Credit account or a Pay As You Go account and fill out the details accordingly. Pay As You Go accounts require a visit to your nearest depot with the required identification and application form.

Documents required from Ltd companies & LLPs:-

  1. A company letterhead
  2. Current Hired In Plant Insurance Certificate (Hireguard available per hire if required)
  3. Sole Traders & Partnerships must produce a copy of passport / driving licence together with a recent utility bill

If you are opening a Pay As You Go account and using Hireguard Insurance you will need the following information:-

  1. Two forms of identification (one containing a photograph of the hirer)
  2. Signed Pay As You Go account form (first hire only)
  3. Recent Utility Bill with current address
  4. Signed copy of Hireguard What You Need To Know when Hireguard taken
  5. Cash or Card Deposit on small items. Card only Deposit on plant
  6. Minimum £100.00 deposit on small items
  7. Minimum £500.00 deposit on larger plant
