01 How do I get started as a new customer looking for multi processor hire?
To get started as a new customer, you can either select “Enquire Now” next to any of our multi processor hire equipment, you can give us a call or you can drop into one of our depots. You will be in touch with one of our friendly experts who will be more than happy to answer any questions, tell you more about what we do and also tell you a bit about our multi processors. If you’re interested in other plant hire machinery, power tools, attachments or site cabin hire, our team will be able to tell you about these services too. No matter whether you’re running a small project or a very large site, we have the knowledge and experience to help you find the right solution. Don’t worry if you don’t know exactly which multi processor to hire, as our team can advise.
From here, we will put together a full hire plan. Then, once you’re happy, we can start the new account set up:
The first step is for you to fill out a new customer form. Then, we will need to see your hired-in plant insurance, or if you don’t have this, we can arrange it for you at an additional 20% charge. This initial stage takes around 1-3 days, but if your multi processor hire needs to start sooner, we will do our best to sort it ASAP.
We can then assign your account manager, who will be one of our experienced team members who knows everything there is to know about the industry, our machinery and also your project. From a quick phone call with a question to a site visit to help with a requirement, they will be available throughout.
The next stage is to deliver your multi processor hire equipment, along with any other plant hire equipment, on the arranged date and time. Our engineers will calibrate the multi processor to the excavator, ensuring everything is running smoothly before we leave.
Throughout the hire, we can send over useful invoicing information and live hire reports, which are usually most helpful for larger sites and projects.
Finally, once you’re finished with the multi processor hire, give us a call, we will pause all charges and come to collect the equipment. There’s no need to let us know in advance, we understand that projects can take more or less time than predicted.
02 What size excavators can your multi processors to hire be fitted to?
Our multi processor hire equipment can be attached to excavators between 12 and 35 tonnes. We have a wide range of different head brackets that mean our multi processors can be fitted to any excavator, whether you choose excavator hire with us, or you have your own excavator.

04 What can the duration of the multi processor hire be?
You can hire our multi processors for as little or long as you need. When you get in touch, we can arrange the hire for the duration you require. You never need to let us know an exact date when you will be finished with the machinery, as we understand projects can take more or less time than expected. So, keep the multi processor hire machinery for as long as you need, then give us a call, we will pause all charges and invoice accordingly.
